An intensive 1 Day program

   2nd June 2018

About the Facilitator:

Deborah Burke has been a resident of the Tweed Valley since 1975  and has always considered herself fortunate in being in and around Uki when peace, love, incense and music came here to add their flavours to the beauty and bounty of this area.

Deb believes that life is too short to commit “always” to doing one thing and has had many and varied forms of  employment, including animal training and husbandry, massage and natural therapies, and teaching. She has 2 adult children and 7 grandchildren and is a true gypsy at heart. She spends her time facilitating workshops and seminars, or house and farm sitting all over Australia. She still calls Uki home and lives there when she is having an “at home” time.

About the Workshop:

Deb has always had a passion for what has become commonly called “mirror work”.  This passion, combined with her belief that too often we are swayed by another person or institutions assessment of ourselves causing us to lose sight of our power led to the development of Ask Yourself, a self assessing in depth exploration of how to “walk our talk”.

There is something for everyone, from children to adults to the elderly, for all stages of ability.

Throughout the school holidays there are various programs children and youth can particpate in.

Our team of professional musicians run groupwork sessions, but if you need private music tuition then we have that too. To get a rundown of the teachers and tutors experience and bios, and to find out just that little bit more, head to the tuition page.  Those tutors who work with children all have a valid Working With Children Check.

We are all passionate musicians who are totally dedicated to the arts and the greater community here at Tweed Creative Studios, often holding regular jamm nights so students  and other locals can let there skills loose in a safe, supportive and creative environment.
